The Greatest Impact Wasn't What God Did Through Me

Sometimes, the greatest transformation happens in the person who thought they were there to make a difference. 🙏🏽

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of receiving the Distinguished Alumni Community Impact Award from @TyndaleU. Reflecting on more than 20 years of ministry, one truth continues to stand out:

The greatest impact of ministry hasn’t been what God has done through me but what He has done in me.

Through seasons of brokenness, challenges & blessings, God used the very people & communities I was called to serve to transform my own heart. This recognition reminds me not of how far I’ve come but of how faithful God has been through it all.

I’m super grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey. My prayer is that my life, rather than my accomplishments, would continue to reflect Jesus Christ. To God be all the glory, honour & praise! 🙌🏽
