Thank you for all of your prayers! Our small group responded very well in sharing their past and present experiences with the church. There is a growing desire to reach out to our family, friends and neighbours to join the One Body of believers...like the Jews and Gentiles in our study of Ephesians. But I'm also praising God that there is a definite comprehension that even though the church is imperfect, it is still a community that God has gathered & in which He is present. There is that wonderful assurance that one day she will be perfect which makes our...liturgia, koinonia, diakonia, didache and kerygma...all the more miraculous. The imperfections that they have experienced and that we have owned are in themselves exciting because they show just how powerful & loving the God who has brought us together must be. And even though everybody understands that this is a small group and not just a social hangout (bricks to His Temple), two of our community leaders adorably still said, "It's like our little church during the pandemic."...which I understand because from their perspective, it’s one of the few places where they organically experience the continual and intentional preaching of the Word, practice Biblical church discipline and proper administration of the sacraments in their very own community.

One of my favourite parts of the study was this well said realization that...***how involved we should be with the church is to the extent that we want God to be at work in our lives***. Thanks again for your support and shoutouts to those from Morningstar Christian Fellowship who messaged and reached out with encouragement.
